Kung saan nagsimula, doon lang din natapos. LOL.

The story is about the inseparable brothers Roman (Nico Antonio) and Rex (JM De Guzman) who work as low level riding-in-tandem (a notorious type of criminals who rob people in the street). They put themselves in danger and got used to it. In fact, the Roman got a job offer as a driver but didn't accept the offer coz of the small compensation.

Sad to say that, I think, this mirrors how small or big time criminals who got used to their work and can't go back to life that's working too much but has a little compensation.

Because of their kind of work, this movie also shows that even the people in the law and enforcement, took advantage of their job by using them to get easy money and even kill someone for them due to their backgrounds.

Sorry but I can't help it but to compare with Erik Matti's On The Job. I like the latter better though. It only reminds me of someone saying, "A criminal with criminal minds will always be a criminal". I mean, not to the point the I judged them according to their records but to their actions. They did it because of 'no options'? Come on, easy option yes, but still there are options.

I'd like to commend Rochelle Pangilinan's acting. Great job!
This movie has a buy 1 take 1 for PHP200 promo tickets. But you need to pay additional PHP3 for the take one for some sort of fee. Funny. Saw the schedule in the website in cinema 11 but you can't in the board (list of showing movies), if you don't ask the teller, you will not know it is showing. No wonder, there's no one watching except us. I mean, me plus two of my friends and just another solo lady sitting across us in lower box and few people in the upper box. Take note, the actual cinema is 4, not cinema 11. I don't know if the website is just outdated. Hmmmp.

What I like about this movie:
- It tackles how difficult life is especially if you already had a criminal records.
- It shows love, care and support from your family and friends no matter what.
- It shows how dangerous the world nowadays because these criminals are just anywhere else, finding their timing to attack you even in front of your home.
-

What I don't like about this movie:
- It doesn't give options to change their lives for the better.

Verdict: Rating 4/5
Even if I didn't like the story ended, I just like the actors how they played their roles. So natural. I just heard this from Tonight with Abunda's comment, 'No acting acting.' Something like that.

Best Part:
My favorite scene, heart to heart brotherly talk of Roman and Rex over a bottle of beer. Just full of love and tensions. Sweet!

No Escape is a thriller movie in which a US family relocating to undisclosed South East Asia Country become caught in a violent coup against the ruling regime and start killing the Americans.
Credits: The Weinstein Company

What I like about this movie:
 - Because this is a thriller that you can feel the characters' feelings.
 - Because you literally can't breath from the start of the action til the end.
 - Because it was beautifully done even though you can't understand of the local language (unfortunately, no subtitle).
 - No matter how violent the world is, you can always find a little hope in each event.

What I don't like about this movie:
 - There are loopholes in the scenes. For example:
1. When the rebels able to reach the rooftop, they could have fire the Americans in a distance instead, they first remove the debris. Hmmmp
2. Cellphone signals or any telecommunication devices we're cut but how come the airplanes able to land?

Verdict: Rating 4.9/5
The best movie I've watched so far since That Thing Called Tadhana last year. A really breath-taking movie. You will not allow yourself to breath coz the rebels might have noticed you. LOL! But that's really what I felt.
